Viktig information om postutdelningen i huset
PostNord har informerat styrelsen om att de planerar att skicka ett brev direkt till boende om en möjlig förändring av postutdelningen i föreningen. Vi vill därför redan nu ge en samlad bild av bakgrunden och hur vi arbetar med frågan.
Så fungerar postutdelningen i dag
I dag delas posten ut till brevinkast i lägenhetsdörrarna. Detta har fungerat väl sedan huset byggdes i början av 1980-talet.
PostNords förslag
PostNord ser över hur postutdelningen organiseras i området och har föreslagit att nuvarande utdelning ersätts med centrala postboxar.
Styrelsens arbete
Styrelsen har haft dialog med PostNord och framfört att fortsatt utdelning till brevinkast är möjlig. Vi har även lämnat en tidsatt åtgärdsplan med alternativa lösningar som kan underlätta utdelning till brevinkast, bland annat för att säkerställa fortsatt tillträde till fastigheten samt möjligheter att komplettera med paketboxar.
Styrelsen delar inte PostNords bedömning och anser att nuvarande utdelning kan fortsätta utan de förändringar som PostNord har föreslagit.
Vad händer nu
PostNord har meddelat att de kan komma att genomföra förändringar i utdelningssättet om de och fastighetsägaren inte kan komma överens om en annan lösning. Om utdelningen förändras kan det innebära att post inte längre delas ut till lägenhetsdörren, utan i stället behöver hämtas vid ett utlämningsställe utanför fastigheten. I nuläget fortsätter utdelningen som vanligt.
Styrelsen fortsätter arbetet med utgångspunkten att nuvarande utdelning ska kunna behållas och återkommer med mer information så snart det finns mer att dela.

Important information about mail delivery in the building
PostNord has informed the board that they plan to send a letter to all residents regarding a possible change to how mail is delivered. We would therefore like to provide an overview of the situation and how we are working with this matter.
How mail delivery works today
Today, mail is delivered directly to the letterboxes in the apartment doors. This has worked well since the building was constructed in the early 1980s.
PostNord’s proposal
PostNord is reviewing how mail is delivered in the area and has proposed replacing the current system with centralized mailboxes.
The board’s position
The board has been in dialogue with PostNord and has stated that continued delivery to door-mounted letterboxes is possible. We have also submitted a time-bound action plan with solutions to facilitate delivery, including ensuring continued access to the property and the possibility of adding parcel lockers.
The board does not agree with PostNord’s assessment and believes that the current system can continue without the proposed changes.
What happens next
PostNord has stated that they may unilaterally implement changes if they and the property owner cannot agree on another solution. If changes are made, this could mean that mail will no longer be delivered to apartment doors and instead must be collected from a pick-up location outside the property. For the time being, delivery continues as usual.
The board will continue working on this issue with the aim of maintaining the current delivery system and will share more information as soon as updates are available.
